The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay.  There is a toaster on the countertop but there is also a toaster oven in the cabinet below.  There are plenty of dishware and glassware as well as pots and pans, food storage containers, and eating utensils.  

Enjoy mixed drinks with the blender, wake up to the smell of coffee from the coffee maker, and even slow or pressure cook with the pressure cooker.  

We have also provided you with dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags.  There is an ice maker in the freezer, look at the instructions on the icemaker to start and stop making ice.  

In the unlikely event you will need it, there is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and there is a first aid kit under the front bathroom sink.

If you decide to get freshly steamed crabs, feel free to use the crab tray and mallets sitting on the dining room table.   Plenty of room and seats 6 comfortably!

The living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa.  There is a smart TV for you to enjoy all of your streaming services.  The internet is blazing fast at 1GB speed.  Feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking and if you can remember, leave it on 73 degrees when you leave.  Also, don't forget to log out of all of your streaming services.:)

This bedroom has a smart TV, blackout shades (for those that like to sleep), and a queen mattress.  Use the laundry basket for dirty clothes and there is an alarm clock called a "BEDDI" that can be controlled with your phone.  It has soothing sounds, connects to bluetooth so you can listen to your music, has different color lighting and is very useful.  Either through Apple Store or Google Play, look up "BEDDI" and download the app.  You'll be able to connect via bluetooth once you have the app.

This bedroom has a queen bed and there is also a smart TV.  Be sure to log out of your streaming service before you leave.  There is a vacuum in the bedroom closet.  It's usually charged but if not, you can just plug it in and charge it up.  Please make sure to leave the power cord in the close on the shelf for the next guest.  As with the front bedroom, there is a laundry basket for your dirty cloths, either wash them here or take them to go.:)

The patio is a great place to relax, especially in the early morning and late evening.  There is seating for 4 plus a couple of lounger chairs.  The storage closet has lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and even fishing and crabbing gear.  The pier across the street is a great place to do some fishing.

There is a washer and dryer in the closet by the front door, we've also left some laundry detergent.  Be sure to clean out the lint filter of the dryer and occasionally leave the washer door ajar to let it dry out.
