Loud TVs, radios, stereos, and other noise are prohibited at all times (Ocean City Ordinance). Be considerate of others.
Quiet hours are between 11PM and 9AM.
No unauthorized items should be stored on the common elements. Such items will be removed by the Association.
No rollerblading, skateboarding, or bike riding is allowed in units, hallways, decks, sidewalks or the boardwalk. External hallways are not to be used as play areas.
Clothing, towels, or other items shall not be hung on the deck railings. Decks (including areas below) and balconies are not to be used for general storage.
Common areas, including hallways and stairwells, shall be kept free of all items at all times. Bicycles tagged with the unit number of the owner may be kept at the ground level entrance to the stairwell only when the unit is occupied. Do not block stairways.
Gasoline and propane containers, kerosene heaters, grills and other items creating a fire hazard may not be kept within a unit, storage area, or deck.
No open flame grills are allowed within 20 ft. of any building (Ocean City Ordinance).
Throwing objects off balconies, including cigarettes and ashes, is prohibited.
Trash is to be placed in the appropriate containers.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Any rules that are broken and reported by the HOA will be reviewed and a fine will be assessed as needed.
